You should be the only one who gets excited when your package arrives. 

We want you to be able to buy with confidence, that’s why discretion and your privacy are important to us. We make sure all orders are despatched in boring plain packaging. There will be no indication on the outside of your package as to what the contents are or where your purchase has come from.  

Depending on what you order, your items will be despatched in one of three ways, plain heavy-duty plastic envelopes, padded plain envelopes or for larger items plain brown boxes.

A discrete delivery label is then applied to your package. We are required to detail a return address on your package. This is shown as Marginal LTD, Arch 6 Voltaire Road, Clapham, London SW4 6DH.

All of the pacakging we use to despatch your order is 100% Recyclable. Whether it's a cardboard box, padded envelope, bubble wrap or plastic DHL mailbag, all the items we use can be reused or recycled. Now more than ever we need to reduce, reuse & recycle. What are my Delivery Options and How Much will it Cost?

All orders are despatched from our warehouse in London in plain packaging with tracked delivery to your door. Always make sure if buying from outside the UK that the laws in your country do not prohibit the purchasing of the items on this site.

We offer the most comprehensive range of delivery options to help you get the things you want when you want them. We work hard to get your order to you safely, securely and at the best price possible. All of our shipping options are subject to volumetric weight restrictions. For the UK the maximum weight is 10kg. For all other destinations the maximum weight is restricted to 2kg. Should your order exceed this maximum, we reserve the right to increase the cost of shipping. In these circumstances we will contact you directly to confirm the cost of shipping or offer you the option of ammending your order.

If ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes. It is advisable to check how this may impact on the cost of your order prior to proceeding. Where additional charges are applicable these are payable by you and will be requested by the courier prior to delivery. In circumstances where parcels are returned to us as a result of a refusal to pay these charges, shipping costs can unfortunately not be refunded.

Want to collect your items instead? Not a problem. Simply select the Fetch Collect Shipping - Collect From Store option at checkout and we will have your order ready and waiting for you to collect at our Clapham store within fifteen minutes…and it’s absolutely FREE!

Click & Collect is available daily. Your items will be ready and waiting for you within 15 minutes from the time you confirm your order. So if you need it, we're here to make sure you get it!

Please make sure you bring a copy of your order confirmation with you to allow you to collect using this service. Electronic versions of your order are the simplest way to do this. 

Click & Collect orders are held for collection for a maximum of 90 days from the point of purchase.

Click & Collect - Event Locations

When the FETCH Pop Up Shop is on the road, you can also arrange to collect your order from the venue. Keep an eye out for the option as it becomes available for events such as RECON & Darklands. Simply place your order as normal and select the event from which you would like to collect your order. We'll have it packed and ready for you collect for the duration of the event. Please remember when selecting this option that the collection dates are time sensitive based on the event itself. For details please check with the event promoter.

London Same Day 3 Hour Courier Service

Fetch are excited to lead the way with our London Same Day 3 Hour Courier option. The service is available daily to most London postcodes within the M25 radius between the hours of 11am and 6pm (for delivery by 9pm).

This option becomes available when you select London as your home city when inputting your delivery address. Our systems will then automatically check your address and postcode are a match before confirming your delivery is eligible for the service. All Same Day Delivery orders are despatched between 11am – 5pm for delivery within 3 hours.

 

When selecting this service, you confirm that you will be available to accept and sign for your delivery at any time during the three-hour window that follows the successful placement of your order.

Please make sure you have provided us with a phone number that you can be contacted on during this time. If for any reason our courier is unable to deliver your order it will be returned to us and the cost of the return deducted from any applicable refund. There is a standard return charge of £50 for any returned parcel, in addition to the cost of the courier having to return the parcel.

The price for this service is variable based on the distance to your delivery address from FETCH Clapham. The quote for your delivery can also vary dependant on the time of day you place your order. Your order will only be desptached once payment has been recieved. 

We are only able to book courier pick ups from 11am through until 6pm (for delivery by 9pm). Orders placed outside of these times can only be delivered during these operating hours. If selecting this service between 00:01am and 10:59am the estimated earliest arrival time starts from 11am when we begin booking couriers.

If you are using Payl8r to fund your transaction your order can only be processed once your credit application has been approved. In most cases this can take up to 48 hours and will affect when your order can be despatched.

Once your parcel has been picked up by our courier you will receive live tracking of your parcel on its way to your location. If there is an issue with finding your location, the courier will need to be able to call you. Please provide a valid phone number to avoid non delivery.

Same Day Delivery orders are despatched between 11am – 6pm for delivery within 3 hours irrespective of the time at which the order is placed. Service not available for deliveries placed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day & Easter Sunday. The three hour service is a guide and this timescale is not guaranteed. The service can be affected due to unavoidable delays including adverse wetaher conditions, traffic problems and other incidients beyond the control of our couriers.
